For more than half a century, Roland’s Dance Studio in Fayetteville, NC has been synonymous with dancing and entertainment. We offer ballroom and Latin dance lessons, and we have guided thousands of students throughout different levels over the years.

What We Teach

Latin

Dance with a partner or in a group. The high-energy, hot Latin beat of the Salsa, ChaCha, Zouk, Kizomba, and Bachata forces you to move your feet, your hips, and your arms. Try the different styles of Latin dancing – from Miami, Cuba, Brazil, and New York!

Swing and Shag

This is a truly American dance in all its variations: The eight-count Lindy Hop is the granddaddy of swing, followed by the easy to learn, six-count East Coast Swing. You can dance the West Coast Swing to jazz or pop… or enjoy the Shag with the Beach Music of the Carolinas.

Ballroom

Foxtrot and Waltz are called smooth dances – for a very good reason. Think of sophisticated, elegant evenings and couples gliding across the floor like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Think of the dances that will make you the star of formal events and wedding receptions.

Argentine Tango

Tango is an improvisational dance and the language of passions. This is a dance of angles and curves both fast and slow, powerful and submissive. It’s as simple as walking and as complicated as the precise leg and foot actions of the most experienced dancers.

Country Line

Get a great workout in this high-energy class while learning some of the most popular line dances around. Includes country, ballroom and beach line dances
